Moving prompts across topics

Product FeedbackEnhancement

Can we move prompts among pre-existing topics? (not sure if this currently exists but I don't see the option.)

The idea would be to preserve whatever search insights were captured for the prompt as we move it across topics (for better categorization as our usage matures) rather than having to delete a prompt in one category and add it from scratch in the other.

Hi Hiba, thanks for the question. Right now, shifting a prompt from one topic to another while retaining the prompt’s data is not possible. This is a known limitation and is on the roadmap.

One interim fix that we use internally is adding a tag to the prompt you want to shift + all the prompts in the topic you want to shift the prompt to. Then, you can filter by that tag to see the prompt aggregated with the desired topic.
