Visibility/Citation Rank Filter within Prompt Analysis
Could we add a filter within Answer Engine Insights > Prompts that allows users to segment prompts by Visibility Rank/Citation Rank (e.g., #1, #2-3, #4-10, etc.)? This would make it easier to identify where we are performing well and where we are losing visibility/citations, helping prioritize optimization opportunities. Thank you!
Download citation report to have full urls + https checker
When downloading the full citation report, it has url rank hostname path But the url is without the http or https Could be also useful to run a HTTPS check on them to spot dead pages / re-directing / possible hallucinated pages (if connected to GA4 / log you could cross reference volumes to)
Pages
Hopefully these are coming soon with the addition of the Pages tab, but a few things: No add-page from this view. I have to go to Watched Pages and add there Watched Pages has a terrible interface so I am reluctant to use it although it is a good solution. I need to be able to easily search through the many urls I’ve added and the ‘expand’ button only unravels 10 at a time. I can’t even CTL+F quickly. The Pages tab is not taking my citation tag “blog.” I made a saved view and am trying to keep it to just the pages in that tag — it isn’t filtering at all.

NOT Tag Filter Boolean Option
the OR and AND operators for tag filtering are really useful. But, it would be great to have a “NOT” as well. In this instance, we have a lot of GEO tagged prompts across topics that would be great to filter out while leaving everything else intact.
Citation URL Input Field Overflow Issue
When pasting a long set of URLs in Settings → Add Citation Category the text field will overflow the browser window but the popup cannot be scrolled to then add the sources at the bottom of the popup UI. Windows, Edge browser. Normal UI State: Overflow state (cannot scroll down to press add so you have to add them 10-20 at a time instead of in bulk)
Configure Workspace-Level Default Platforms For All Users
Option in settings to set the default AE platforms for all users per-workspace. Example: I am an AEO specialist. I want my team to be able to quickly view performance in-platform. I use this new enhancement to ensure that ONLY data for ChatGPT and the three Google platforms shows up when first entering the platform instead of having ask my team to uncheck perplexity etc every time. Suggested UI: checkboxes in settings next to platform names that can be checked or unchecked for default view.
Daily/Weekly Proposed Queries/Prompt additions
It would be great to see how prompts can be updated in real-time or through automation vs. a static file.
Language/Country code added to AI Prompt Generation Tool
When using the prompt generation tool, usually creating 5-6 new topics (~10-12 prompts each), the prompt generators starts to add the country/language code to the beginning of the prompt. (i.e., en-US What is the best…”). Cancelling and trying again doesn’t always fix. I have to change assets to get this to stop. It’s too time consuming to remove the language-country code from the prompts.
Use Agent Variables And Custom Text In Output File Titles
Allow for the use of agent variables in the output node. Would speed content creation and organization for users who need to download the outputs. IE the workflow takes a target prompt and an article number as input. Rather than downloading the output only labeled “Output Name’, the workflow could produce “Custom String [Article Number] - Target Prompt.docx”
New Prompt Default Region is NYC not US
When creating new prompts, the default region displays as set to New York City, and not the United States region. Have to go back into platform to modify.
Enable bulk inputs within workflows
Current Profound workflows require single URL input limiting ability to scale. Would be good to enable bulk inputs within workflow setup, including paste of bulk input, CSV upload or site section based inputs
UI or Agents option to check for mentions on given URLs
Reddit is a top citation domain for most brands. An option to check for mentions on individual thread URLs in the top citation domains UI rather than manually scraping + uploading the thread URLs to the watched pages section would be helpful. Even just a “send to watched pages” 👁️ button (could go in M in screenshot) with a bulk select option for threads would speed things up. Alternatively, the user goal of checking reddit threads for mentions in bulk could be built in agents with enhanced Profound Data nodes. Citation Domains would need a domain-specific filter and a new “check mention on URL(s)” node. Example Flow of these nodes would: return the top-x-cited pages for an input topic + filtered target domain (reddit) via enhanced Citation Domains node. Note: Have not been able to implement this via conditional in a workflow on JSON, markdown or URL list outputs. then check those top x pages on domain for brand mentions via the proposed new Check For Mentions node, outputs can go into rest of workflow. The brand or agency aeo specialist can then prioritize reddit threads for monitoring or participation based on mention/no mention and citation share
Extending expired Pitch workspaces causes platform to freeze
Extended a pitch workspace that had expired previously - and now any attempts to change date range cause a total freeze of the tab + page unresponsive error in browser (Edge, Windows)

Love to see full integration, wherever you currently expect have Google Analytics (GA), for Adobe’s equivalent web analytics products of AA and CJA. These Adobe products are our digital source of truth across our business and well trusted and known.
Edit citation categories directly on Citations page
Current UX Limitation: changing the category of citation domains in the platform is on a separate page from top citation domains. The fastest way to add new categories to citations domains is either a bulk download/upload or switching between two platform tabs. Proposed Solution: rather than static categories only editable in the settings page (several clicks away from where we see top citation domains), enable users to change citation categories via dropdown on the Citation page (red circle would be dropdown location). The way that editing tags etc works in the Modify Prompts page is great - extending that flexibility to citation classification would be helpful. Value: Time saving and easier discovery via consolidated workflow for editing citation domain categories. Especially helpful for agency users who are not necessarily aware of competitors outside of top 5. The top citation domains table is valuable for discovering competitors you weren’t necessarily aware of before - but acting on this discovery and reassigning categories is in a different part of the UI. Thank you.
