Moving prompts across topics

Can we move prompts among pre-existing topics? (not sure if this currently exists but I don't see the option.)

The idea would be to preserve whatever search insights were captured for the prompt as we move it across topics (for better categorization as our usage matures) rather than having to delete a prompt in one category and add it from scratch in the other.
